Returns due to withdrawal
You have the right to return new products within 14 natural days from the receipt of the order, and second-hand products within 7 natural days. The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with its original packaging. Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
New product warranty
New products have a 3-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects or structural damage. This warranty includes repair, replacement or refund of the product at no additional cost.
Second-hand product warranty
Second-hand products have a 1-year warranty that covers defects not previously specified in the description.
Defective products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or an error occurred during shipping, WOREVA will cover the return shipping costs. Damage caused during transport must be reported within 48 hours after receipt.
