Payment methods
In our online store, we offer a variety of payment methods to suit each customer's preferences. Below, we detail each available option, as well as how it works and the advantages it offers.
Credit/Debit card
We accept debit and credit card payments from major banks, such as VISA, MasterCard and other cards compatible with our Redsys payment gateway. Once the order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to the secure Redsys page to complete the payment.
Apple Pay / Google Pay
For customers who prefer to use their mobile devices, we offer the possibility of paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay. These methods allow for a fast and simple shopping experience, without having to manually enter card details, as they are managed directly from the respective payment systems.
How does it work?
- If you use an Apple device, you can choose the "Apple Pay" option and make the purchase with authentication via Face ID, Touch ID or security code.
- If you have a compatible Android device, you can select "Google Pay" and complete the payment automatically with the cards associated with your Google account.
Bizum
We also offer the possibility of paying with Bizum, an agile and secure tool for those who prefer an immediate transfer from their mobile device. Once this method is selected, you must enter your phone number associated with Bizum and validate the transaction from your bank's app.

PayPal
We also offer PayPal as a payment method, one of the most widely used and trusted online payment platforms. This option allows you to pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account, without entering your card details directly on our website.
How does it work?
When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to its secure platform, where you can log in to your account and confirm the payment in just a few seconds. Once completed, you will be automatically returned to our store.
PayPal payment options
- Immediate payment: you can pay instantly using your PayPal balance or the cards and bank accounts linked to your PayPal account.
- Pay in 3: for eligible purchases between €30 and €2,000, PayPal may offer the option to split the amount into 3 monthly interest-free payments, subject to approval.
- Other financing options: PayPal may also display additional deferred payment or financing options depending on the purchase amount, your profile, and its own terms.

Cash payment
For customers who choose to pick up orders directly at our warehouse, we offer the possibility of paying in cash. This option is only available for in-person pickups. Please note that cash payments are not possible for orders that require shipping.
Payment commitment
When placing an order in our store, an immediate payment commitment is established. This means that the order will not be processed until payment confirmation is received. In the case of cash payments, the buyer undertakes to pick up and pay for the order within the deadlines established in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Payment security
Our store does not store or directly process your payment data. All card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum payments are processed through the secure Redsys payment gateway. This means that when you complete your order, you will be redirected to the Redsys page, where you can provide your payment details with total security and confidentiality.
Redsys uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to guarantee the protection of transactions, thus preventing any unauthorized use of personal information. Thanks to this system, you can be sure that your data is fully protected throughout the payment process.
