You have the right to return new products within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, and second-hand products within 7 calendar days. The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging. The return costs in case of withdrawal will be borne by the customer.

New products have a 3-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects or structural damages. This warranty includes the repair, replacement, or refund of the product at no additional cost.

Second-hand products have a 1-year warranty, covering defects not previously specified in the description.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error in shipping, WOREVA will cover the return costs. Damages caused during transport must be reported within 48 hours after receipt.
